This app operates in compliance with applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and SPDI Rules, 2011. Food safety compliance is under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (FSSAI).

  • Account Data: name, phone, email, password (hashed), profile photo.
  • Order Data: items ordered, instructions, restaurant, price, payment status.
  • Location Data: address, live location (when you allow tracking for delivery).
  • Device & Log Data: app version, device model, IP, timestamps, crash logs.
  • Support Data: chat, emails, feedback, dispute records.
  • Payment Data: method, masked card/UPI reference via payment gateway (we do not store full card details).

  • To create and manage your account and orders.
  • To process payments securely through our payment partners.
  • To provide delivery (including sharing limited data with delivery partners).
  • To send OTPs, order updates, and service notifications.
  • To improve app performance, safety, and customer support.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Typical retention:

  • Account & order data: while your account is active + up to 7 years (tax & legal).
  • Logs & analytics: 12–24 months.
  • Support tickets: up to 24 months.
